A passionate public health professional from Nepal with expertise in community health research, data analysis, and health education. Dedicated to bridging the gap between evidence-based practice and grassroots community impact.
I am a Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) graduate and NHPC-registered public health professional based in Nepal. My work centers on community health research, evidence-based health programming, and health education.
With hands-on experience conducting community health diagnoses, analyzing public health data, and delivering school health programs, I am committed to improving population health outcomes through research and community engagement.
I am equally passionate about teaching and mentoring — having facilitated sessions on communicable diseases, hygiene practices, and community awareness for students and community members alike.
Currently expanding my knowledge through WHO e-learning courses on AMR and Rabies Awareness, and volunteering with Youth Activism Nepal to advocate for health equity.
Contributed to youth-led health advocacy initiatives, community awareness campaigns, and health promotion activities across Kathmandu. Supported grassroots mobilization for public health equity.
